Couldn’t sleep. Something’s bothering me. And the only two things I instantly thought of was to read Scripture and to write. In times of deep distress or confusion I write my prayers to God. But not like direct response emails or letter queries. Those take so long to get a reply as they wait in a queue of other messages waiting to be opened. You have to be strategic, precise and persuasive to pique interest and cajole an answer. God doesn’t have a queue. As a matter of fact, he’s looking over my shoulder as I prayerfully, frustratingly type. Selah.
